No. There's no contract and no monthly fee. You call or text when something needs attention, I come to you, and you pay for the time.
How much does IT support for a small or home business cost?
$150 for the first onsite hour and $120 per hour after that, charged in 15-minute increments. Hardware repairs are taken in and done off-site for a flat fee, quoted up front.
How quickly do you respond?
Same-day response during posted hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
Do you work on both Windows PCs and Macs?
Yes. Windows PCs and Macs, including setup, troubleshooting, and moving files and settings to a new machine.
